• Arrival 4pm, Departure 10am
• 50% Deposit required on booking
• Short breaks at reduced rates subject to availability
• Costs may be subject to increase but no increase after deposit paid or full payment
• No additional charges for electricity (the property is lovely and warm all year round)
• In the unlikely event that the owners require to cancel a booking a 10% reduction will apply for a rearranged date

Terms & Conditions

• 50% deposit if booking more than 2 weeks before arrival. 
• If booking within 2 weeks of arrival, payment in full will be required. 
• Only 2 people and a baby (or babies) may reside in the Granary unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. The owners reserve the right to refuse children. This is not anti-children (we have two young ones) but the property is not child proof except for non walking babies.
• No smoking in the Granary. Smoking is however permitted on the balcony (and of course outside!)
• No pets permitted inside.
