50% deposit if booking more than 2 weeks before arrival.
If booking within 2 weeks of arrival, payment in full will
be required.
Only 2 people and a baby (or babies) may reside in the
Granary unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. The
owners reserve the right to refuse children. This is not anti-children (we
have two young ones) but the property is not child proof except for non
walking babies.
No smoking in the Granary. Smoking is however permitted on
the balcony (and of course outside!)
