Newhill Granary is a luxurious and stylish duplex conversion of a former granary. It is the ideal property in which to enjoy the comforts of home in a stunning rural location that is close to Edinburgh, Gleneagles and St Andrews. The Granary extends to 140 square metres and is beautifully furnished. The large bedroom has a super king sized bed, and an ensuite shower room, with White Company bed linen, towels and bathrobes. The separate sitting room has a small balcony, and is furnished with lovely leather furniture, silk rugs, and has a desk area. The television has Sky and Netflix available and there is Wi-Fi. The kitchen is very well equipped with commercial cooking facilities and has a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area seats 10 and there is also a breakfast bar. Access to the private sun terrace is from inside the Granary though a large window with steps or can be accessed from the back of the Granary through the farmyard. There is a fabulous large hot tub, sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy the countryside views. Perfect for star gazing. Downstairs is the stunning entrance hall with a grand piano and the bathroom with its double jacuzzi bath.
